These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Anchorbase.xyz web application and related services (collectively, the "Service"), provided by Anchorbase.xyz ("Anchorbase", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, accessing, or using the Service in any way, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms, including any policies referenced herein (such as our Privacy Policy and Security Policy). These Terms form a binding legal agreement between you and Anchorbase.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Eligibility and Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and capable of forming a binding contract to use the Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised access or use of your account.

3. License to Use the Service

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to access and use the Service solely for your internal business purposes in the architecture, engineering, and construction (AEC) industry (e.g., sorting through codes and standards for legitimate projects).

The Service allows you to upload documents, codes, standards, PDFs, and other materials ("User Content"). You retain ownership of your User Content, subject to the limited license you grant us below.
